I’m Gresh, a professional bike fitter and skills instructor.
I will give you the power to develop your skills, the confidence to push your boundaries and encouragement to enjoy the ride.
Established in 2015, I have been on a journey of discovery on two wheels.
Through national and international mountain bike instructing programmes, endless hours of research, chats at snack breaks, I have developed a skills progression programme to enable you to enjoy the ride just as much as I do. Professional, rider-focused and a heck of a lot of fun.
The importance of a proper bike fit cannot be overstated. Poor bike position can lead to discomfort, fatigue, loss of power, and injury, which, contrary to popular belief, is not normal when bike riding! This can be fixed with a proper bike fit.
Bike fit is for everyone.

Gresham (aka Gresh) has a passion for coaching and a love of cycling. His background and love of bikes grew from BMX racing at an early age.
For the better half of this last decade, he’s been a full-time mountain bike skills instructor, Retül Bike Fitter, local trail guide, cycling club administrator and mountain bike magazine contributor.

RETÜL BIKE FITS
Bike fit is everyone. Many people (and some bike shops) think bike fits only benefit XCO racers or triathletes. Most cyclists want to get outside to experience the benefits of cycling and enjoy themselves. Riding a bike is all about having fun, discomfort free and comfortable.
SKILLS LESSONS
All skills classes are held at Holla Trails unless otherwise arranged.
Safe parking, bike wash, shower facilities and good coffee.
Early mornings are best but I work around your available time and schedule.
